Teamstub is a diversity sourcing platform that exists between an employers sourcing channels and its hiring processes.
In short, it extends an employers existing recruitment processes and software. Employers use Teamstub to define their hiring journey, candidate profiles, and vet candidates before including them in their current recruitment pipeline. D&I programs use Teamstub to centrally manage their D&I efforts across one or multiple employers. There is a one-time employer on boarding process that will allow for seamless integration of candidates and candidate hiring status to automatically flow between teamstub and the employer in real-time or batch. If an employer does not have a recruitment software, they can license the Teamstub software. Teamstub, uses a proprietary AI machine learning matching algorithms to matches candidates to jobs or jobs to candidates.
Teamstub Recruitment Services - These services are for Employers and D&I programs. The service portfolio includes:
Software Customizations - The teamstub software can be co branded, white labeled and customized to meet the needs of an Employer or D&I program.
Candidate Sourcing - At the employers or programs request, we work in partnership to create, implement and monitor candidate sourcing plans. The Candidate Sourcing plan outlines the conventional Sourcing methods and budget, and the member based organizations we will target to enroll into our membership management and rewards platform.
Hiring Journeys- At the employers or programs request, we work in partnership to create, implement and monitor the hiring journey. A hiring journey identifies the skills, experience, education, and soft skills for the position. In addition it defines the actions that should be taken should a candidate met or not met any checkpoint requirements. The hiring journey allows D&I programs and employers that offer candidate support services such a trainings or certifications.
Candidate placement - when a hiring decision is made, Employers can pay a 1-time placement fee equal to 25% of the 1st years compensation or opt to have a 3, 6, or 9 month probation period. The Innovia Group will hire the candidate, provide benefits comparable to the Employers. We will also provide 360 degree candidate evaluations with support services to help the candidates transition into the workforce culture.
